Not only is it free, but it’s highly live on tablets, smart phones, etc… I’ve used this site multiple times a day for much of this journey. I love it. It’s similar to a few big names out there, so you have to find what suits you best.
I track my calories, yes, but the nutritional balance is as important, if not more important. Iron, carbohydrates, sodium — those are my big guns. Protein isn’t a concern if you’re actually eating. It’s a myth the meat and egg industry tries to place on the market to make you buy more meat and eggs. You don’t need that as long as you eat three meals a day. You’ll be just fine. Just look at me!
